Neodymium magnets although covered in leather are delicate if dropped, our recommendation to storing magnets is to keep them on a flat surface away from any heat source, magnetic surface and direct sunlight. Keep our magnets at least 2 feet away from any computer software, electronic devices, credit cards, bank cards, watches and cell phones. To clean your magnets, use a microfiber cloth with diluted dish soap and dry. Wipe with an anti-bacterial wipe or use a small amount of raw coconut oil to wipe over the magnet. Coconut oil is anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-fungal and will help sanitise your magnets and keep the leather soft. Any magnets used over clothing can be sanitised weekly/fortnightly. Only ones used on bare skin should be cleaned immediately after use to avoid contamination of germs. Be very careful when cleaning your magnets and clean one at a time keeping them well apart to avoid them clipping back together and catching your fingers.
