At Lifeflo Wellness Clinic we aim to provide the highest quality services and products. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before booking an appointment or purchasing products.

Appointments and Treatments

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you may reschedule your appointment or request a refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time may not be eligible for a refund. Missed appointments or “no-shows” are non-refundable.

If Lifeflo Wellness Clinic needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, you will be offered an alternative appointment time or a full refund.

Products
​
If you purchase a physical product from our website and are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or damaged. Once the returned product has been received and inspected, a refund will be processed to
the original payment method.

Digital Services and Consultations
​
Payments for online consultations, digital services, or downloadable content are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.

Processing of Refunds
​
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
