In 1988, aged 11, I was hit by a car doing nearly 50mph while I was crossing the road. I broke my spine plus had 3 severe neck whiplashes during this incident. My life has been a challenging world of chronic, severe pain management since.

The spinal surgery I had in 2008 was medically negligent and resulted in titanium apparatus causing neural tethering of my sciatic nerves in both legs causing all sorts of problems including pain. I am now diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and Functional Neurological Dystonia.
